Vietnam Airlines will add another Saturday flight to the current weekly Vasco schedule between Vietnam’s southern hub Ho Chi Minh City and Chu Lai starting October 28.
The first nine months of 2007 saw a six percent rise in passengers to and from Chu Lai over 2006.
Passengers destined for Chu Lai, Quang Nam, and Dung Quat, Quang Ngai, account for the rise.
A Hanoi-Chu Lai air route is to be opened in 2008.
