How do I book my hotels in your website?
Once you have selected your hotels in our website, please click on 'book this hotel' that located on bottom of hotel page to fill out our given form then submit to us. Please note that you need to fill your correct emails otherwise we can not contact you property. After receive your request, we will contact to your chosen hotels to check availability. If your dates are available, we will advice you by email hotel's availability status and ask you for payment or deadline of payment you should take. If your chosen hotels are not available, we will advice the alternative hotels that similar to your first choice of hotel in both standard and budget. Note that all hotel booking need to be paid in advance as hotel's policy.  After the payment completes, we will issue a final accommodation voucher to you via email. Please print it out and show it to your hotel on check in time. Your booking is completed after receiving our final service voucher.

How long should I wait for your final confirmation?
Its depending on hotel availability and other factors ( public holidays, weekends... ) but normally, we confirm and process your booking within 24 hours.

Is there any faster ways for me?
Yes, we always trying to bring convenience to our customers. You also have other choices to make your booking such as giving us a call to our office during working hours, chat live with our sales to get online confirmation, come to our offices if you are in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city. By all contact ways above can make your hotel bookings faster

How do I book my tours from your website?
It is quite similar way with hotel booking, once you choose your tours, please click on 'book this tour' button then submit your information of the tours and yourself to us by filling our given form. If you don't like form, you can email to us directly which also help us on contact with you later. Also, don't forget to leave your email address to us.

I like your tours but I want to modify a bit to suits my needs, is it possible?
Sure you can, our tours on website are sample tours only, we are more than happy to make a tailor made tours for yourself with promptly, conveniently. Please email us your personal requests or click on 'customized tours' then submit your information to us, we are guaranteed to be back to you within 24 hours with proposal programs according to your personal requests plus details of service that we are going to offer. We will work on your itinerary till you are totally satisfied with our itinerary. Booking completes after payment and you will receive our service voucher as our final confirmation for your trip.

Payment Mode
How do I pay you for my tours or hotel booking?

We now accept several ways of payment mode you can choose from :

1, Credit cards ( Visa & Master only )
Once you have agreement with us on payment, our sales will send you a secure link by email, click on that link and you will be redirected to third party secure website which is associated with Viet Value Travel. Fill out your credit card information and submit your payment to us. Whole above process just only takes in a few minutes with top secure conditions for your credit cards and personal information. However, if you are not familar with online payment, we also have alternative option of offline payment, please fill out our CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM then fax to our office. We always stick close to our privacy policy to ensure all your given information is not sharing to anyone else.

2, Paypal ( For people holding paypal account )
You also will be given a link by us via email, log on your paypal account on our link and submit your payment to us. It also takes a couple of minutes in process only.

3, Bank transfer
Bank transfer is also available in Viet Value Travel. Our sales will provide our bank details upon your request. Bank transfer may take from 5 to 7 days to complete.

4, Western Union
Please contact our sales for details of this payment mode. 

Note: All hotels & tours bookings is NOT included bank fees and credit cards surcharge which is in customer's side. Fees are vary from 3% to 4% depends on payment mode. Please contact our sales for details before making your booking.
